Saint Verena Consultancy Group
Transparency & Impact
We choose radical transparency — not because we have to, but because our mission demands it. Every dollar we earn, every dollar we give, and every organization we support is reported here openly.
Our Founding Commitment
We are not here to build wealth.
We are here to build a world where women thrive.
Saint Verena Consultancy Group was structured as a Benefit Corporation — not a traditional nonprofit — because we needed the operational flexibility to move fast, make decisions, and direct our impact where it is needed most. But we operate with a nonprofit heart.
A meaningful portion of every consulting engagement is directed to organizations improving the lives of women and girls in the developing world. This is not a marketing promise — it is a legal commitment written into our corporate charter. This page is our public ledger, updated as revenue flows and donations are made.
Registered Benefit Corporation
A Benefit Corporation is a legal business structure that formally commits a company to pursue both profit and measurable social good — with legal accountability to both. SVCG is registered as a Benefit Corporation, which means our mission of global women's health investment is not just a value statement. It is embedded in our corporate charter and governs every business decision we make.

Selected across Latin America, Africa, and Egypt — actively evaluating for first funding cycle
Organizations We Are Considering
These organizations reflect our values and geographic priorities. We are actively evaluating each one and will report all donations publicly on this page the moment they are made.
"We intentionally seek out smaller, underfunded regional foundations — the grassroots organizations working on the ground in communities that larger institutions overlook. These are the organizations that know their communities deeply, can move quickly, and where every dollar creates disproportionate impact. Our goal is not to write a check to the most recognized name. It is to fund the most meaningful work."

Know an Organization We Should Consider?
We are always listening. If you know of a smaller, underfunded regional foundation doing remarkable work for women and girls — the kind of organization that gets overlooked by large institutional donors but delivers outsized impact on the ground — we want to hear about it. Every suggestion is personally reviewed.
All suggestions are reviewed personally by Benjamin G. Henein. We respond to every submission.
✓ Thank you — your suggestion has been received. Benjamin reviews every submission personally and will follow up with you directly.
"I built this firm to solve a problem I could not ignore. The fragmentation of women's healthcare costs lives every day in America. The proceeds from fixing it will fund lives in places that have been waiting even longer for someone to show up."
