Architecting the Future of Women's Health
A Benefit Corporation dedicated to eliminating the structural fragmentation of women's healthcare in America — while directing firm proceeds to fund women and girls in the developing world.
Our Mission
Driving Clinical Innovation and Operational Strategy in women's health to improve fragmentation and consistency of care, utilizing firm proceeds to fund global organizations serving vulnerable women and girls.
Our Vision
"To lead a systemic overhaul of healthcare delivery for women through fundamental structural innovation."
What We Stand For
Our Core Values
Radical Integrity
We prioritize the unvarnished truth over political comfort to ensure we are always doing right by the women we serve. No softening. No spin. Only what the data demands.
Absolute Transparency
We operate with total visibility — ensuring every stakeholder has the clear, honest data needed to drive successful and lasting change. Our public ledger holds us to this standard.
Result-Driven Excellence
We define success solely by measurable, meaningful clinical and operational impact. Not activity. Not effort. Results — verified, documented, and reported.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Benjamin G.
Henein
MBA · PMP · FACHE Candidate · Harvard HMS Executive Education
"The fragmentation of women's healthcare is not a clinical failure. It is a structural one — and structural problems have structural solutions."
The Person
24 Years in the Rooms Where Decisions Are Made
Benjamin G. Henein has spent more than two decades at the intersection of healthcare operations, financial performance, and enterprise transformation. His career has taken him inside some of the most complex, high-stakes environments in regulated industry — leading programs that others deemed too large, too tangled, or too politically charged to move.
He has delivered over $100 million in operational savings through Lean Six Sigma process redesign. He has led capital revenue growth strategies for projects exceeding $500 million. He has transformed fragmented PMOs into high-functioning Centers of Competency, and navigated enterprise digital transformations anchored in ServiceNow and SAP-integrated ecosystems.
What defines Benjamin's leadership is not the scale of what he manages — it is the precision with which he moves through complexity without losing sight of the people the work is meant to serve.
The Firm
Built to Solve a Problem He Could Not Ignore
Saint Verena Consultancy Group is not a traditional consulting firm. It is the result of a deliberate choice — to take 24 years of operational mastery and point it at a market failure that costs lives.
Benjamin founded SVCG as a Benefit Corporation, embedding a legal commitment to global women's health into the very structure of the business. Every consulting engagement funds organizations serving women and girls in underserved communities across Latin America, Africa, and Egypt. This is not a corporate social responsibility add-on. It is the reason the firm exists.
SVCG works with health systems to design and deploy the P.A.C.E. Model — a structural innovation in care delivery that eliminates the fragmentation, referral leakage, and misaligned incentives that define the current state of women's healthcare in America.
"I have spent 24 years fixing systems that were not working for the people they were meant to serve. Women's healthcare is the largest unfixed system I have ever seen — and it sits at the intersection of every discipline I have built my career around. I could not walk past it."

The Numbers Behind the Mission
Benjamin did not enter women's healthcare because it was a growing market. He entered it because the data revealed a structural failure of extraordinary scale — and because he had spent 24 years learning exactly how to dismantle structural failures. The McKinsey Health Institute estimates a $50 billion annual opportunity for health systems that get this right. SVCG exists to help them get there — and to direct the proceeds toward women who have been waiting even longer for the system to show up.
